After years of procrastinating, I finally made time to meet with CounterSync to discuss a much-needed bathroom remodel, not only for aesthetics but for the safety concerns of aging parents. Everyone at CounterSync took time to discuss our options, asked questions to make sure what I thought we needed was in fact what we needed, answered questions we had, and sent home samples to consider before making a final commitment to the project. Timelines were discussed as this is not a 'shower in a box' project so we knew exactly what to expect. Never once did I feel pressured to make a quick decision, but my calls and emails were always answered as I worked through the logistics of undertaking such a large project. Once the decision was made to move forward, TLG Contracting was recommended to work hand in hand with CounterSync. Walls were demoed, measurements taken, and orders placed. They even made sure we could use the same material for a seamless countertop and sink! I couldn't see how it could possibly all come together, but Tim and the installers did and the end result is a complete bathroom remodel, with a luxury shower that is not only gorgeous but safe for the older members of the household with mobility and balance issues. Everything was handled with such professionalism and confidence that I know I'll be back when it's time to update the next bathroom and the kitchen!
